Charity envelopes:
There have now been 6 editions of our charity campaign. During the Christmas campaign, each time one of our clients makes a delivery with one of our Charity Envelopes, we make a direct donation to notable NGOs. With everyone’s effort, the TIPSA Charity Envelopes raise over €30,000 each year.
ECOTIPSA:
At TIPSA we are and will be the leaders of a more sustainable future. To do so, we have initiated the major ECOTIPSA environmental care campaign, one of the most ambitious projects of our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. Through ECOTIPSA, we guarantee the lowest environmental impact in undertaking our activity, establishing rules for use of resources, recycling, energy efficiency, electrification of the fleet, and use of envelopes with recycled material, etc.
Reduction of emissions:
At TIPSA we are very committed to controlling emissions. We have over 200 routes with optimised distances which are monitored each day.
Additionally, through the ECOTIPSA campaign we have initiated a five year plan for the electrification of our fleet of vans, replacing diesel vehicles with environmentally friendly alternatives.
Social Diners:
TIPSA regularly collaborates with different social diners, providing essential products.
Food Bank:
TIPSA has collaborated in different campaigns carried out by the Food Bank, providing it with vans exclusively for the needs of this campaign. During the two days that each of these actions lasted, TIPSA transported over 15,000kg of food, which helped people with significant economic difficulties.
Ponle Freno Campaign:
TIPSA actively participated in the 2018 edition of the “Ponle Freno” (Slow Down) campaign by Antena 3, aimed at creating social awareness of responsible driving. Our activity is directly related with the roads and we are aware of the importance of working to guarantee road safety. We have therefore developed different safety systems which help us to avoid traffic accidents.
Interests of consumers:
Our integrated management system collects claims from both recipients and TIPSA clients, attending to them in a sensitive and immediate manner. We have developed computer systems which allow real time monitoring of deliveries, reporting of changes to delivery status, locator and selection of TIPSA agencies, and interaction for delivery in case of not being at home.
Labour insertion of people with disabilities:
At TIPSA we have committed to having an inclusive working environment. We have made a strong commitment to creating jobs for people with different capabilities, and currently have a large number of people with disabilities integrated in our staff.
At TIPSA, CSR is a transversal concept which affects different areas of management of the company, therefore the activities carried out in the context of CSR are linked with its basic activity.
